Vendors Terms and Conditions for MONOS MARKETS 2024

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a vendor at market events organised by MONOS. By booking a membership stall, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Stall Allocation:
  • The Vendor shall be allocated two 4ft x 2ft tables arranged in an L-shape under a shared 3m x 3m gazebo.
  • Additional stall space may be purchased for £150 for each individual event. This will be classed as a Premium and will give the Vendor a 3m x 3m sized non-sharing gazebo.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine stall locations, which will not be subject to changes once allocated.
  • All Stall Allocations are firm and final. There shall be no movement.
  • All Stalls are given on a non-exclusive basis unless given in writing to the specific retailer. There may be other vendors who bring similar items. Management does not take any responsibility for similar items being sold.
Equipment and Utilities
  • The Company and Site do not provide electrical power, Wi-Fi, or water. Vendors must supply their own generators if required..
  • The use of frying equipment, grills, or gas appliances is strictly prohibited.
  • The Vendor can only bring items and goods that are listed on the Application Form. Should there be any extra items/goods not listed, they will not be permitted to be brought on-site.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by the Company or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
  • Should the Vendor decide to cancel their placement, they must do so in writing 30 days prior to the event. There are no refunds given and instead, the Vendor is transferred to the next available event.
Vendor Responsibilities
  • Vendors must set up between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM and dismantle between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on event days.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Vendors must obtain and maintain their own insurance coverage.
  • Vendors must only bring the goods and items listed on their Application Form. Should they bring anything not listed, Management reserves the right to eject the retailer or restrict the Vendor from selling the extra non-listed items.
Conduct
  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
  • Vendors are expected to remain within their designated space and respect their neighbouring Vendors.
Liability
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury incurred by the Vendor.
  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding event attendance or footfall.
Legal Compliance
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations.
  • The laws of the United Kingdom govern this Agreement, and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
By signing the terms and conditions, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to abide by them.
